I recently stayed at Aloft and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, especially Kristina, was incredibly friendly and helped me find a comfortable room. The bar, gym, and pool area were all top-notch. The room itself was exactly like the picture and even better in person. The breakfast was delicious as well. it was a great stay and I will definitely be returning. Don't let the bad reviews fool you, this place is fantastic!

The room was very clean and comfortable.
We reserved a room with two queen beds but when we arrived we were told that they only have rooms with king beds left and they suggested that the 3 of us sleep in the same bed (???). We were not happy so they gave us free breakfast and free appetizers in the evening. The free breakfast was nice and my friends told me the bed was very nice but I had to sleep on a 30inch wide banquette :-(

When I arrived at Aloft they had no record of a reservation for me but after some difficulty were able to find me a room. I like their coffee.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the free parking at the hotel. It was a relief to not have to worry about finding and paying for a parking spot during the busy holiday season. Additionally, the hotel had a great gym facility and outdoor area, which allowed me to stay active and enjoy the fresh air during my stay. And the best part was that it was just a short ride away from downtown Boston, making it convenient to explore the city.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the staff at the hotel were not very accommodating or transparent.
